I had a really easy time checking out. I paid with my card, and the page didn’t freeze or make me start over, which is all I really want. I got the confirmation email right away too. Nothing over the top, but for me, it worked exactly like it should...

I ordered a foundation shade that looked totally different once I saw it in person. Ugh. I ended up returning it, and the process itself wasn’t too difficult, but I had to wait around for updates more than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. Meh. I did eventually get my refund, so it all worked out in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest return experience.

I ordered what was supposed to be a nude lipstick, but when it arrived it looked way more orange than the photos. The lipstick itself feels okay, so I don’t really have an issue with the quality, but the shade match was disappointing. I was also a bit confused because the email made it seem like one thing, but the actual color was totally different in person.

I really did want to like this site, and I’m not trying to be dramatic, but it’s kind of frustrating to shop there when you have sensitive skin. Some products either don’t show the full ingredient list or don’t make allergy info clear, so I ended up having to search around on Google myself, which defeats the point.
One foundation made my face itchy after a few hours, and no, it wasn’t just me being picky, my skin usually reacts when something doesn’t agree with it. Delivery was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue, but I don’t feel comfortable ordering skincare or makeup from them again unless the product info gets way clearer.

The rewards are okay overall. Nothing amazing. My main issue is that the points take way too long to show up. Kind of annoying when you're waiting to see them added

I got my tracking info really quickly and could see where my makeup was the whole time. that kind of update makes the whole ordering process feel way more reliable and worth it.

Got my order today and they included a few free samples plus a little gift. Sweet. Everything was packed well and showed up fast too. i love when shops add those small extras. Nice. Definitely makes me more likely to order again.

I was surprised, like, I checked everywhere else and my shade was sold out, but they actually had it in stock. Happy about it, not gonna lie.

I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to jump around to other sites just to double-check before buying was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but clearer info would make a big difference

I’m particular about makeup, especially when ordering online, so I checked everything closely when my foundation and lipstick arrived from Glamour Haven. Both looked authentic to me, the packaging matched what I’ve bought in stores, the batch codes were there, and the texture and smell seemed completely normal. Shipping did take a little longer than I was expecting, which is why I’d take off one star. But as far as the actual products go, I didn’t have any issues and I’d probably order from them again.

My order was mostly correct, so I can’t complain too much, but like I said, the shade wasn’t the one I expected. Everything else seemed fine, but like I said, the color being wrong was a little disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. The eyeshadow stayed on really nicely throughout the day, and the foundation was a decent match for my skin. One of the lipsticks felt a little dry for me, which was kind of disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, I’d say it was a good buy and I’m happy with what I got

I appreciate that makeupstore.com lists ingredients on most of the products. It makes it a lot easier to decide what I’m comfortable buying without having to dig around elsewhere. There was one item I was interested in that didn’t have as much info, which gave me a little pause, so I’d go with 4 stars.

My package showed up late again, and I was about ready to lose my mind. The tracking gave me basically nothing useful, so I was just sitting there guessing where it was like it had vanished into another dimension. Super frustrating experience.
